Default Security System/Car won't start

I have a 1995 Honda Accord. Sometimes the security system (I don't know if its aftermarket or not) goes beserk and won't let me start my car. Usually if I put it in neutral or press a little red button thats by the door panel, it starts. However this time nothing I do works. I tried disconnecting the battery cables but it didn't help. I used the remote to lock and unlock my doors and it didn't work. Any ideas on how I can get my car to start?

You will probably have to remove the alarm to get your car to start.

There was a thread a while back where the member removed the alarm control unit, took it apart, and found that some minor component like a resistor went bad. He soldered a new part in and the problem went away.

The "little red button" near the door panel sounds like an aftermarket alarm, so we aren't gonna know much about it unless you tell us what kind of alarm.
