Default Seized sleeve in lower control arm bushing 04 Accord

My compliance bushing was all shot on passenger side of car . 2004 Accord lx. Changed out bushing and was told should do it in pairs . The car has over 200 on it and other side is crack , but not falling apart as other side was that I replaced . Thing is I got compliance bolt loosen and strutt bolt loose also . But is one long bolt left in control arm which go trough bushing into frame . I broke it free , it might turn 1/8 of a turn then fell resistance and see bushing trying to turn . Used impact and the breaker bar with no luck . Any tips or help would be appreciated.

You may want to use a chisel on the edge of the inner bushing to crack or split the inner bushing. You may be able to free up the inner bushing by doing this as well.
