My 2001 Honda Accord starter doesn’t click or engage , Now What?
It’s not the battery or the imobizer key I checked all that properly , Their was No warning of any problem just turned off car then next time would not turn over , Engine is fine , Now what replace the starter ?
If the start still fails to turn over, the you need to replace the starter. Use a Denso starter for replacement.
Or try the caveman test. Hit the starter with something (broomstick?) while a helper turns the key to START. If that makes it go, then the problem is the starter itself.
It's a one-sided test. If that doesn't make it start, it doesn't prove anything about the starter itself being good or bad.

I would suggest, after you've done the above-suggested backyard tests, to pull the starter off and take it to Autozone, or some other place, which will test it, for free.
Just one more step in preventing the buying of unnecessary parts.
