Possibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
  • Slipped belt in a tire
  • Out of round tire
  • Bent wheel
  • Out of balance tire/wheel assembly
  • Worn CV-Joint/axle assemblies

Thanks he replaced the cvs a year or so ago and i was thinking it might be a bent rotor or possibly a caliper issues.......even though the rotors seem good......

If the problem exhibits itself at steady state highway speeds, then I rather doubt a rotor/caliper issue.

Just because the axles were replaced a year ago doesn't mean anything. Why? Because many aftermarket "Rebuilt" or "Remanufactured" axles are very inferior to OEM new axles, and often lead to vibration issues right out of the box.

Please understand I'm not saying it is the axles, just that they are one possible source of the issue.

FWIW, two years ago I bought a 2001 Accord which had a vibration issue at steady state speeds and expecially during braking; turned out to be a slipped belt in one of the tires.
