It has leather seats, navigation, and the works. I could go for a 2011 Toyota Yaris for $1500 more or possibly splurge on a Prius for 15k? Or something around the same price that's newer, but less appealing aesthetically (interior/no nav/etc.).
I hear the Accords last forever. It seemed like a great deal for a car, until I noticed the mileage.
So, from the experts,
worth it or not?

20k - 25k miles per year; that is likely to be mostly highway miles. That's good, if it's true. A taxicab can do that with short trips, but that's less likely.
Still, I bet it would be worthwhile to find a mechanic to do a buyer's inspection.

had or have 4 hondas in extended family w/ over 200k miles each. 3 accords, 1 prelude.
Only one broke at edge of road and that was after I had changed to synthetic oil
which caused oil to leak past oring into distributor, stopping ignition.
So, for me, it's only regular oil now and I feel good to go.
an inspection is good, though.

The Accord, it is bigger than those two - don't know what you need or have plans for.
It does have 100k and depending on service records and engine might be due for some regular maint items.
Whatever you decide, be sure it is what you want and what you can afford......and then be happy with it

If you have 12K to spend, you might want to consider the 1972 VW Bug on Craigslist. Owner says one cylinder is bad. (just kidding. I'm a new member and just testing out if my signature is working.) Good luck with the search.
