Default Significant drop in gas mileage

I used to average 25 mpg. Now I average about 19. I keep my car well maintained. Tire pressure is fine. New engine air filter. Do I need a tune up at 45k ?

Default RE: Significant drop in gas mileage

You can look thru the owners manual for suggested spark plug replacement intervals;
Something else to consider, up north the gasoline has 'winter additives' and cold starts or driving on cold engine can decrease fuel economy.
