Default simple engine swap ?

I have a 94 accord lx with bent valves(timing belt broke). I would like to keep what I am doing some what simple.
1. I need to know if I can use the f23 engine out of the 6gen, and if so will it bolt to my tranny, and will my alt, dist, a/c, ps, and manifolds bolt up to the f23. And can i use my ecu.
2. If I decide to get the f22b1 engine, will I need another ecu, I know i will have to wire up for v-tec, but what else will i need?
3. What about the f22b JDM? will it work with my accessories.
I can get these engines for the same price, that is why i am asking about these engines. Also, if it helps, my car is an auto. Any and all info will be greatly thanked, any suggestions, any links or any advice, any help at all. Thanks...

hey bud. The admins will ask you to put your year, model etc in your signature so they don't have to ask all that stuff.
