Someone on here has a Hyundai too and loves it... I guess I just think Honda stands out more because of their quality and craftsmanship...

Hyundai is supposedly getting more and more popular. I guess it takes fairly young companies like them to establish a good market in the US. I'm sure Honda wasn't all that popular either back when they were considered to be a fairly new carmaker. I just haven't seen many Hyundais I liked.

I think a Prelude, Tiburon, or Celica should fit her well.

Nice 'Ludes are expensive, Tiburons are just jokes and Celicas are okay... kind of ugly IMO.

I would not buy a Tiburon because '09 is the last year it will be made. In essence it will obsolete pronto. As far as Honda vs 'Yota either would be a good choice. 'Yota is a more plush ride where Honda has more of a Euro ride and handling which I prefer.

I wouldnt buy anything Korean made I.E. Hyundai, Kia etc.. they like to use plastic components where plastic should never be used in a drivetrain. My first Honda was an 86 Prelude 5-speed, great sporty little car. and the 92 accord I have now is brilliant. you just cant go wrong with Honda. if she likes sporty then if not a prelude an S2000? or a civic.

Please note that Hyundai and Kia are the same company. Like Ford and Lincoln.

Geo was a name that GM invented to sell foriegn cars. I think thatincludedjoint ventures with Toyota & Isuzu.
