with the kind of modifications he has done i would guess he drove the JUNK out of it. and only do things face to face there are so many scams its not funny(losing any amount of money even once isnt funny)

my advise be very skeptical and if your interested enough take a test drive to a garage and have a check up for 80 bucks or bring an auto savvy buddy to test it with you.
