Looks like the heat shield for the catalytic converter. You can stop by a store like lowes and get hose clamps for a dryer vent and hold that shield in place.

The heat shield blocks heat from the catalytic converter from catching grass on fire. It also protects the converter from rocks and also quick cooling from hitting puddles. The OEM Honda converter is very expensive, so a cheap temporary fix that protects and expensive part is worth it.

I've had that cheap fix on my TSX for around four years and it is still holding the heat shield on there without rattling. I think the clamps ran ~$2 each. Took five minutes to install. Make sure you use jackstands when you get under your car.

I've used large screw-type hose clamps to hold it in place. There's a heatshield above and below the converter, they clamp around it and also protect the floorpan of the car from excessive heat.

All you need to do it clamp the shields around the converter. A couple stainless hose clamps will last for years.
