PLEASE HELP US DETERMINE THE PROBLEMS.

What has been replaced? That will help us rule out some of the suggestions.

Some of these had and issue where the sub frame will rust out - on the pass side about where the ac drain tube is.

 

My husband has to check his records; he's not sure what 2-3 things he replaced (it was a year ago).

One of the many sounds (all in the front end) is above the front tire.

 

Then that would make me believe that "something" is going on with the upper control arms - either the bushings or the ball joint.

If it is the control arm, they can be replaced pretty easy. You can get them online for ~$60 each and doing it yourself is not that hard.
