Default spark help

hello thanks for taking the time to read this, here goes, in process of swapping f22 manual to a h22a (jdm) into a 97 honda accord, running into the fact that there is no crank sesnor on the jdm motor, attempted to try the cfk trick with no help,. still have no spark, have factory ecu and h22a ecu from a what is says is a 1998 modle unknown, utilizing a external coil dist from a 1997 prelude, extended all the necessay wires ect, will this ever get spark, will i have to add a us oil pump to this any help here would be very very apriciated and any more info you might need i will try to provide and again thanks

What is the honda part number on the ECU? It should be something like 37820-???-???.
