spark plugs wires
#3
Aftermarket does not = better all the time. The only good spark plug wires are braided wires . The only real thing that does is make them last longer. I cant see any spark plug wires being different unless they are made out of different conductors and better insulators? I could be wrong?
I would be interested in finding out though.

The insulation on the OEM spark plug wires seem to last forever. Cheap insulation, cheap rubber boots, and cheap metal connections at the ends will shorten the life of the spark plug wires.
I would spend the money on OEM, Denso, or NGK spark plug wires. I think that they all cost about the same.

You are not going to get any HP boost out of spark plug wires, unless the ones you have now are shot.
I used to buy NGK wires, but had some trouble with them on a Subaru, so I have switched back to OEM. Yeah, they are grey and dull looking, but I can't see them when I am driving. They should last 100K miles.
