First of all I'd like to thank you for giving this a read with the thought that you may be able to help. I/we need all the help we can get with this one.

2005 Honda Accord coupe. 14000 miles plus or minus a few.

it started a a small vibration in the end of this past spring. It seems to come from the front passenger side wheel assembly. A friend of mine who is a mechanic with has over 30 years in the trade, is stumped.

The symptom went from occurring only every once in a a while, then to only at 50 mph in what seemed to me to be 3rd gear.
Now its scary prevalent all the time, at low speeds, at high speeds, straight or cornering, left or right.

As it seems to be coming from the passenger side front, these are the items we have replaced on the side of the same and steps we have taken in chronological order.
1. new tires (4)
2. swapped wheels left for right(no bent rims)
3. new axle shaft
4. new wheel bearing
5. new hub
6. after all that we removed the wheel and rotor CHOCKED ALL wheels touching the ground, put it in drive and the same problem continued.

Anything that spins rotates or revolves was replaced, removed or swapped out. we don't have anything left to do but add a stick of dynamite to it.

Turn the steering wheel until it locks. Then jack up the front passenger side of the car. Grab the wheel at 9/3 o'clock and push/pull on the tire. Also do the 12/6 position. There should be very little movement.

I would also inspect the shock assembly for signs of oil leaks. Make sure you don't have a broken spring. Check for a bad rubber mount where the lower part of the shock bolts to the lower control arm.

Will do.
But I have a question about it any way.

Would those components come into play even if the wheel is off the hub along with the rotor? So the only things turning in the power train are engine, transmission, axle shaft, bearing and hub (although thats stationary). my thought is that springs, and shocks are not in the picture.

Its not a normal problem.....I'll be looking forward to your thoughts.

Your #6 description really eliminates the spring/shock from the picture. It even eliminates the brake rotor.

New or rebuilt axle shaft? Some rebuilds might not be well balanced. But strange that it would be the same before & after replacing that.

Problem with the differential?

As far as I know its new, we had to wait a day or two for it to come in and all parts are purchased through NAPA.
