Default SPEEDO/FUEL GAUGE

Just started acting up, my fuel gauge needle does not move what so ever.. was told might be the fuel sending unit but not shore yet.. any ideas anybody, and my speedometer is stopped at 19 MPH and works when on the highway for some weird reason, dunno if its the Gauge Cluster, tried cleaning the VSS speed sensor and that didnt work, no check engine light on or blinking lights, does anybody know whats going on?

it could be 2 separate issues ,, but it sounds like some issue with the instrument cluster.......

done any work back there recently ??

Also input the year and model on your sign so well all know what you need help on ..

95 accord LX... bought the car bout 4 months ago and has had the problem since...

are your instrument lights a normal color? do you have the stock guage cluster face? anything look like it's been taken apart?

nope everything is normal, took it apart one time and checked the plugs on it, made sure they were tight but never took the whole cluster apart itself... and yes its a stock cluster
