Default squeaky front end

Hey guys,
my 02 honda accord se 187K, when i turn my steering wheel when its it cool out, I hear a squeaky noise (rubber to metal) when i turn the steering wheel back and forth. And when I get out of the car as well. its coming from the front. I'm thinking ball joints/struts. any thoughts?

I'd guess ball joints

If you have a helper - be careful, you can slowly turn the wheel as you place you hand on the upper and then lower ball joints to see if you can "feel" the squeak.
