Default srs light on

so yesterday while cleaning my carpets i had the seats out and unplugged i started the car to turn the air on since it was extremely hot out and i wanted to cool off, because i turned on the car with the seats out it threw the srs airbag light on and now i cant get it off, honda wants 40 bucks to turn it off and i told them to **** off. told the guy i would take the bulb out before i payed him 40 bucks for him to push the clear button. so how the heck do you turn that annoying thing off, how can i reset the computer with out a hundred thousand dollar srs reader. this is all on a 2000 accord v6 coupe

What year/model, etc...
