srs light after remote start

Default srs light after remote start

hi there,,, i successfully** installed a*remote*start*and keyless entry on my 96 honda accord and i might of bumped a wire accidently im not sure..i also reset the remote start module several times by turning the ignition on and off 5 times per reset durring programing. The srs light is now on..any idea if this is a major concern? where can i check the fust to start? or maybe rest? before taking it to honda dealership..thanks guys***

There is a sticky at the top, Common DIY Threads, with a link to a manual you can download. It will give you the fuse numbers, also it will give you the reset and code readings.

Sorry for the stupid question but where is the sticky i went to diy section snd dont see nething on a 96 honda accord srs fuse locationn

Have you tried disconnecting the negitive terminal on the battery for a few mins yet?

no i havent actually a co-worker suggested that to disconnect for 15 mins for reset..maybe ill try that out ..thanks
