I looked at a '95 lx v-6 today, drove very nice. However, I was worried about the SRS light being on, owner said dealership checked and said airbags ok. Should this raise a red flag, something to worry about or just a light/sensor that is no big deal?

Also, when checking the heat, the warm air would come out the bottom as it should, but it would at the top left and right vents(not the small side defroster), but not the middle.
Is this normal? I noted you could shut off the vent completely.

Is the V-6 the way to go even with the reduction in fuel milage.

Was keyless entry on these from the factory? If so they didn't have the fobs.

Move on and find another place to shop IMHO; when the SRS light is on the system is not "okay" it has disarmed the airbags and they will not deploy in a wreck.
Now the actual SRSfault may or may not be expensive to repair, but they lied to you about that what else would they lie about.
That engine is the sameas the old pre 90 Acura Legends and is known to have lots of oil leaks.
Keyless was a dealer installed option for those cars.
