Thanks Jet sitter, I have made appointment with local Honda service department. Hope they see it the same way.

Once again thanks to all whom have responded and provided assistance.

Update: As stated above I replaced the SRS module. I took the car to local Honda service department today for the seat belt buckle replacement due to the error code I was getting. They called me back and said it was the SRS module that needed to be replaced it had been deployed. I told them it was replaced already and that according to my scanner and another person's it was coming up as the seat belt buckle switch. When I went to pickup the car they showed me the print out from Honda. It states an error code 10-4 srs airbag. I can't seem to locate anything like this online. They said that came directly from Honda whatever that means. I spoke with the supplier of the salvaged SRS and explained to him what they said. He assured me that it didn't come from a car that had the airbags deployed. He has offered to supply another when I return this one. Has anybody heard of the 10-4 error code? Anything else that might trigger this code?

The shop manual shows a 10-4 code as front passenger air bag deployed. You can get the same shop manual as a pdf from automanualsource.com for ~$22 and is definitely worth the investment if you plan to do DIY work.

Thanks PAhonda. I think I will purchase the manual. Also, thanks for the code explanation.
