Yeah the secondary winding measured good. 16,000 ohms or so I believe? And should be between 12,800 & 19,200 ohms.
I was checking out the Ignitor too and everything had power where it should but the resistance between the blue wire terminal and white/yellow wire terminals didn't give a reading.
I believe that resistance is supposed to be between 1,100 and 3,300 ohms? So it seems as if it's the Ignitor that's bad not the coil, does that seem right guys? Thanks

I would guess that this is a problem with either the coil or the ICM.
Have you tried checking for codes? See the common diy thread on top of the gen tech help forum for a link to a DIY. It is pretty simple to check.
You may be tempted to throw parts at the car. If it were me, I would only consider going to a junkyard and buy a used coil. Install it and see if the problem goes away.

Pahonda: there is no engine light but i checked for codes anyways but there weren't any. Junk yards are a good option especially for accords. Easypull by cabelas is huge but that's a trip only worth if I need lots of parts! Thanks

Hello again everyone, i'd like to say thanks for the help. I got a new cheap distributor and threw it in quick with the "help" of my two yr old boy tossing my sockets everywhere. It seems to have fixed everything so far. It even idles a lot smoother without glove box door rattling around which it always did since I got it. Thought I would post the follow up. I think it was a bad ignition control module. Thanks -Ryan
