Default Start of a transmission problem???

First time here about my 2007 Accord EX 2.4L. I purchased it three years ago from local Honda dealer with 22,500 miles. It was certified, had some minor reconditioning (brakes, tires, fluids, etc)…and came with an extended warranty. It has about 48k miles on it now.

I stopped on my way to work today and as I was slowly maneuvering the parking lot, the transmission acted like it briefly slipped into neutral? I looked at the dash and definitely was in “D”. Gave it a little gas, and I could feel it slip back in gear??? What the heck was that all about???

After my stop, I drove the rest of the way to work without incident. This has me a bit unsettled…
Are there premature transmission issues on this vintage Accord???

if yours is vintage, what the heck is mine the 4 cylinder trannys are pretty durable, 180k plus on mine. when you say fluids, do you know which fluids they were? transmission maybe/maybe not? if not or you're unsure, i'd go ahead and have it serviced. there is also a replaceable filter on these that the dealer won't readilly know of or have on hand (not a normal maintenance item) part #25430-PLR-003
