Default Starting issues for 2007 Honda Accord 3L V6

Hi all - hoping to get some ideas as to what the problem may be for my 2007 Honda Accord EX 3.0L FI SOHC VTEC 6cyl.

Symptoms:
1. Rough idle since Nov 2021-ish
- Did not notice any type of delayed acceleration issues, but wasn't driving that much and all local

2. 2 weeks ago, car would not start
- Engine would crank but no fire

3. Called AAA for battery jump - same turning over but no fire

4. Replaced duel pump assembly 1 week later (last Saturday)
- Car started and was driven a few different times that same day with no issues

5. Car had same crank but no fire issue the next day, replaced all spark plugs
- Car started and was driven a few different times that same day with no issues

PROBLEM:
A. Went to start car this past Monday (1 day after replacing spark plugs) and had crank but no start again
- Engine compartment has noticeable gas smell but no gas leaking from car (based on check of pavement below)
- Battery and air filter check out fine

Appears there is some issue with fuel/air ratio, but not sure what to look for next

NOTE : I am not a mexhanic, so only have basic fix it stuff from watching and helping my Dad fix our family vehicles when I was growing up. Paid a "mechanic" friend to help with the parts replacement, since I lost all of my tools in moves over past few years. Also working with an extreme!y limited budget, so taking to the dealer or licensed mechanic is not an option currently.

I am located in District Heights, MD. Any advice is welcome and appreciated!

Amy
