Sterring column shroud removal

Default Sterring column shroud removal
I need to remove the plastic shroud around the steering column behind the steering wheel to get to the turn signal switch. I found 4 screws to remove, but after removing them the bottom of the shroud was still on there tight., I don't want to break anything. What else do I need to do to get it off? 97 Accord
