I changed out my clutch and put the tranny back in. Can run thru the gears while car is off, but while the engine is running, the car wont shift into any gear. I shifted the car into gear and then cranked it and the car jumped and stalled. i then switched out the master and slave cylinders and still nothing.

Did you bleed it really well? You might have some air in the system. I don't know about Accords, but Ford Ranger hydraulic clutches were notoriously hard to bleed and took a lot of effort to get them right.

Have someone pump the clutch pedal while you watch the slave & throw-out lever. It should move about 12mm back & forth.

Another thought... I think I've heard of someone putting the clutch disk in backwards, so the clutch is always dragging even when the throwout lever is operated correctly. I don't really know how much difference there is one-side to the other; do you remember whether is was obvious when you assembled it?
