Default Storage Cooler Help

Hi,
Anyone have luck with a storage cooler that plugs into the cigarette lighter outlet? Our Rubbermaid cooler worked in our previous car, but not in either our 2012 Civic, 2015 2015 Civic, or 2015 Accord. Help!
Appreciate any recommendations.
Thanks, Ron

How is the cooler not working? Not turning on? Blowing a fuse?

That is odd since the cooler is 12V, right?

Perhaps there is a amperage limiter on the vehicle.... I'm assuming that you have tested the outlet by plugging in another device, correct?

I'd suggest trying your cooler in a different vehicle to ensure it is working properly.

Whenever I've experienced that its usually an amperage limiter or rated fuse amps are too low.
