Strange Spark Plug Seal

Strange Spark Plug Seal
Adjusted the valve lash last week (Many thanks to the valuable advise on how to rotate the crankshaft).
It was really a hard job to rotate the crankshaft from below due to the limited room there.
Now, I am puzzled by a new finding and deadly need input from the pro. who has probably seen this
before in the garage. To make it simple, I got a valve cover set to change the spark plug tube seal to
fix up the leakage in the spark plug area.
On the box it says:
Gasket Set Includes:
Valve Cover (1)
Spark Plug Seal (4)
Spark Plug Tube Seal (4)
Valve Cover Grommet (4)
I opened the box and found everything I needed for the job except the "O" ring shaped "Spark Plug Seal".
Does anyone have a clue about what these guys are? I checked a million times on the valve cover, spark
plug housing, etc., and could not find a place for them!
Based on my understanding, the spark plug tube seals are the right seals for the spark plugs. Why there
is another set of so called "Spark Plug Seal" in the box as well but could not fit anywhere on my 95' Accord
LX, F22B2 2.2L SOHC, Auto
Why don't I call the manufacturer and check out? I bet the pros of this forum know a lot more than they do.
Thanks

#19, they go underneath the cam caps. Hang onto them, because someday you may need them.
Most likely the upper seals that you replaced, will fix the leak. If not, you'll have to remove the rockers & all that stuff to get to those seals.

Actually it came from Majestic Honda (hondaautomotiveparts.com) & I bet it's ultimately from Honda's electronic parts catalog. Those pictures are really nice for pointing out components on the car.
But I should have warned you Brave... If you find you need to replace those seals, make sure you get a repair manual or at least post back here. The bolting sequence & tightening torque should be important for those cam caps. Don't just wing it...
