what’s the difference between a 2004 Honda Accord v6 and 4 cylinder subframe? They both look alike.

Not sure. The best way to tell is to look up the OEM part numbers on a site like hondapartsnow.com for each vehicle. If they have the same part number, then there is no difference. There has to be a difference if the have different part numbers.
