ive had my car for just bout a year now and have had no problems untill the other day...first it wouldnt close all the way....about an inch left then i got it to close....now it wont open....i can hear it trying to open and it moves maybe a centimeter or so and just stops....i can hear the motor running and trying to open but it just stops.....i cant push on the glass to hard cause its crackd....but its been like that since ive had it and its workd fine till now. any ideas???

 

sounds like the motor is dead or dying
