Maybe it's strawberry jam?

One time in highschool many years back, my friend left a lil debby snack on the tire (why i'm not sure, maybe enough space in the wheel well) on my truck; and by the time we got home it was all over the place, and it took us like 20 min to figure out she left some crap in there.

I doubt it's the same scenario, but I didn't just wanna make a joke about strawberry jam.

im pretty sure its power steering fluid. i just replaced the pump a month or so ago, and topped off the fluid to the full line. Its slowly been moving down, now its about half-way between the full and low lines on the container.
