Default surging idle

Hers the deal, I just replaced the head on my 2000 Honda accord 2.3 v tec. now I have a surging idle. I can hear that the vales are too loose and I need to adjust them but there was no idle issue before the head swap. Any ideas.

Default

Adjust the valves.

Be sure the coolant is full and bleed out any air in the system. Next you want to chack for any vac leaks - a gasket, vac line, ect.
