My tachometer is not working it just shows this “CAM” box and home button and scroll are unresponsive any recommendations?

The tachometer signal is generated by the cam or maybe the crank position sensor, so they are potential culprits.

Definitely something that should be covered under warranty for your car, since you are just over 9300 miles and it is a 2019.
