Posted earlier needed codes, have since found the list in DYS. Sorry for wasting time and space on forum. D4 light is giving code 18. Did not see listing for such code. Anyone seen this before? 94 accord f22b1 auto trans not much else known about car.

 

could be a 1-8 code, but then your ABS light would be on. or could be a code 1 which is the lock-up control solenoid and then code 8 could be the second code. that's related to the shift control solenoid assy.

 

Linear solenoid. Is there another name?

 

shift solenoid maybe? but no linear solenoid(s) showing for your vehicle.
