Default terrible sound from wheel, with audio

Got a terrible screeching sound from driverside rear wheel...

The sound is worse when driving in reverse

I put a audio recording of it when driving in reverse on youtube =


any ideas whats wrong?

I'm going to guess you have rear disc brakes?

If you are lucky...the pads a worn and that is the indicator rubbing on the rotor "telling" you to replace the rear pads before they are completly gone and damage is done to the rotor.

If you replace the pads, remember the rear caliper piston "screws" back into the caliper. Do not try to "press" it back in.
