Default Are these three issues related?

OK so my three issues are as follows

1. Fluctuating idle on cold start up (idle actually gets high enough to propel car to about 25mph in second gear).

2. Low and rapidly fluctuating vacuum at idle and at low to mid rpms

3. Both ports in throttle body constantly pull air (hot or cold)

I have changed my iacv with a known good unit. Cleaned throttle body and checked for vacuum leaks, I find nothing. Please help

Yes - they sound related.

Can/have you cleaned the FITV? There is a cover on it that you can remove and then "snug" the plug down a bit.

That was my thought also, I haven't done it yet but it looks like I know what I am doing today. Then next weekend it gets new plug tube seals. Uppers were changed but lowers weren't and now my plugs are oiled well... Which makes for a glorious idle

Yeah, its no fun, especially since I just had the timing belt done about six months ago so they really should have been done then. At least all the bolts are free this time around
