Default Throttle coolant line bypass

I have a 99 Honda Accord EX and the coolant line to the throttle body completly corroded off. Can you bypass this line? If so, how? Which lines? How will this affect the vehicle?

Thanks in advance for your help.

I believe you can, you just have to disconnect the inlet and outlet lines, and run a new 3/8" (or 1/4"?) hose from the A to C in the system, bypassing the B (intake) in the system.

I think tuners do this to keep the intake charge in the manifold cooler, and blank off the holes in the manifold with sheet metal or brass (preferably brass)
