I just finished putting a new 2.2 vtech in my 97 ex and now when I hit the gasI get no response it's like the pedal is really loose. The car barely revs. Is there some kind of adjustment and can I just adjust the throttle cable without having to mess with the other cables? It is an automatic by the way.

 

I fixed it the lever was bent on the throttle body
