Tires for my TSX

Tires for my TSX
I wanted your opinion on tires.
When I bought my TSX in Nov 2010, it had Bridgestone Potenza g019 grid tires on it. The previous owner didn't rotate the tires, so the rear tires are cupped pretty bad. My trusted tire shop says that this style of tire had cupping problems if they weren't rotated properly.
If you have priced tires lately, they are pretty expensive. My car takes 215/50/r17 with a 93V load/speed rating.
From my research, I think I will go with grand touring tires. I was thinking about Michelin Primacy MXV4. I found someone selling 91H rated tires with the same size that have 150 miles on them, because the wrong tires were installed on the car.
The speed rating is 130 for the H, and 149 for the V. The load difference is 80 lbs. (well 100 lbs, because Michelin sells the 95V and not the 93V).
Do you think that I would have any problems with these tires on my TSX?

I had some Conti Extreme-Contact tires on my Integra and liked them. Altho Conti has changed em around since then, I've heard good about them.
Also had some Yokohama S-drive on my 9.2x and those were good too. But they don't even pretend to be 4-season, so you'll want some snow tires.
The 9.2x came with Bridgestone Potenza RE-11 which I didn't particularly like and they cupped pretty bad too.

I am leaning towards staying with the OEM suggested tires (93V). I just wanted your opinions on this. Going with the 91H tires isn't worth the $120 that I would save.
I will never reach 130mpg, but I think that the max speed rating has to deal with some set failure rate for a certain amount of time going that speed.
I just wanted some of your opinions for reassurance.
