Default tools needed

hello to everyone out there just joined the club and grateful for all the info you guys are putting out here!this is just a simple question got a 99 accord 4cyl vtech and trying to see what tools should be carried in the vehicle in case of a unfortunate breakdown.family vehicle so tryin to avoid carrying a full box in the back!any ideas or info would help.also if any ideas on a good jack other than factory?thx again

10, 12, 14, and 17mm sockets. A few different size extensions and a ratchet. Phillips and flat head screw driver, vise grips, zip ties, pliers, and something to cut with. That's what I could think of off the top of my head.

And if you get a set of jumper cables that come with a "case/bag" for the cables - most of those tools can be stored inside that case/bag.

thanks for the advice fellas!got the bag put together cable,light,sockets extions ratchet needlenose,pliers ties,cpl wrenches just need to get the good ol duct tape nowwas thinking of getting serpentine tool for changing belt?
