Default Torque converter lockup speed?

At what speeds does the torque converter clutch engage in 3rd and 4th gears?

Honda does not specify a speed, they just call it "a prescribed value"

Oh okay. I've just seen in some vehicle service information/specs where it gives speed ranges for TC lockup. Explains why I couldn't find them anywhere in my service manual!

I think it's not a set speed, but it also depends on throttle.
