Default Transmission code 14?

Hello all, my '91 Honda Accord EX (AT) won't shift. It is giving a check engine light code for the oxygen sensor heater (which I'm guessing is unrelated) and Transmission codes 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, 14. The first 6 are mostly about the solenoid valves, but I don't even see code 14 listed anywhere as a possible code. Does anyone have any idea what code 14 might indicate?
Is it possible to replace the lock-up solenoids without replacing the whole transmission? I don't even see it listed in the Haynes manual.
Thanks a bunch.

Code 14 points towards a faulty ECU. I would suggest looking for an engine computer on car-part.com. You can search by distance or price to see what you can find locally for your accord.

Could the ECU be leading to the shifting problems/the transmission codes? Or is it likely that both the ECU and the transmission are having issues? Thanks for letting me know what code 14 was for.

The ECU could be the culprit. I would replace the ECU first, since you are getting a code 14 on the TCU. Hopefully that solves all the problems. If not, then I would look for a TCU replacement.
