Default Transmission Fluid Change

Hi All (new to the forum), i have a question the owners manual says that the automatic transmission fluid needs to be changed after 120K miles, and I have read in the forum that the tranny fluid should be changed 30/60k miles, please advise

I'd do it once a year, that's just me. My trans already went out, so I got a rebuilt and am taking every precaution to make sure it doesn't go out like the last one.

120k WOW.. .. NO NO NO ..
IF you have the extra money do it every year or 15k miles ,,, if not do it every 30k miles ,, use only Honda ATF-Z1

Yeah, the owners manual probably says that. I wouldn't believe it. I change mine every 30k.

It certainly won't hurt to change it often and it's not as hard on the wallet as a new/rebuilt tranny would set you back.
