Honda ATF from a Honda dealer.

Dexron for emergencies, but then you'll want to do multiple drain/fills to get rid of the Dexron. That uses even more fluid in the long run.

Default Honda has extra additives

Jim is right.
There was a recent discussion on this on this forum.. Honda has special additives on top of those oils.. Go always with the honda one.

Just to add. I recently saw genuine Honda Z1 ATF at a local CARQUEST store, I think for around $8 qt. I actually checked the upc code on the back of the bottle and compared it to some I already had at home and it matched....just putting that out there as another source, check the dealer price and compare.
