Could anyone suggest where this leak is possibly coming from? I just washed down the engine and ran the car for about 15 min and took this picture.

if that's an automatic have you checked at the base of the tranny dipstick tube? Can you give me an exploded view of the area (I.E. a general picture that has a small arrow pointing to the leak?)

 

it's on the top of the tranny by the cooler lines you can see the cooler lines in the picture. It's not on the bottom. I washed off the entire transmission and saw the fluid seeping from that area (close to the cooler lines that go to the rad). I'd send you another picture but the batteries just died in the camera!!

 

Thanks anyway sir-nasty. I found the leak. It was the bolt which holds the cooler line on. I took the bolt out, cleaned the surfaces, and bought a couple washers to go in between the joints. No more leaks!!

Looking at the pic, you might have corrosion issues with some of your tranny lines also. They look like they have been though hell.

 

Yeah this is canada!!! they put lots of salt on the roads in the winter here!!! Drive her till she blows!!!! WOO HOO!!
