My Cars transmission started slipping from second to third only when its cold and now it slips from 3rd to 4th anytime, i have checked out scrap yards and they have a transmission with 149k miles for $330 i was wondering if there is a stop slip additive that would buy me some time that's compatible with Honda transmissions and Honda ATF i have already done a fluid change twice and nothing. my car has 205k miles.

 

If you let off the gas as you approach shift point, the shift can occur w/ minimal slippage. This procedure can be used for a long time.
