Transmission Toast?

FIXED! It was the ECM/PCM.
The transmission guy was able to get a used ECM for $125. I installed it but he charged me an extra $45 for diagnostic labor.
I have AAA so the tow to the honda dealership was free but they charged $50 to program the keys to the new ECM.
Glad she is fixed and back on the road, thanks for the help.
