Default Trouble with my 2004 honda accord lx

I recently got into a wreck which involved the front right side of my 2004 honda acoord lx. The damages seemed exterior and the car was professionally fixed. The mechanic had to replace the wiper fluid tank but he forgot to replace to fluid pump. So i had to take my car back to replace the pump. The pump was replaced and the wiper works fine now, however I notice an intense rumbling everytime I shift the gear to DRIVE from neutral. The whole car starts to shake. This gets even worse when the A/C is turned on. I opened to hood and had my friend shift the gear to DRIVE only to realize the whole engine started shaking. Once the car starts moving, the rumbling stops.

This only happened when i took my car to the shop for the second time to replace the pump. The car worked fine for 2 weeks after it was fixed though. I have never experienced this with my Honda in the past. Please advice.
