Default Trying to loosen serpentine belt

I’m trying to loosen the serpentine belt on my 2009 Accord 3.5 v6. Never done it before but from every youtube tutorial I’ve watched on the subject it looks like the pulley I have circled is the tensioner and needs to go towards the car. But on those videos they have a 14mm bolt to use to push it but this has a star head. I’m not a gearhead but I have no help and can’t afford to take it to a shop. Does anyone have any input on how to loosen the belt? TIA

I think you want the one below the "circled one"

If like my 2007 Pilot, is is a Hyd tensioner, meaning you don't "yank" the thing, apply slow steady pressure to release the tension.

I’ve tried that one too. I can’t get anything to move. I’m so frustrated at this point.

See the "bosses/nuts" on a replacement tensioner

I figured out that the 19mm fixed bolt was broken off.

I think I saw a good video from "TRQ"/"1A Auto" on how to replace the tensioner
