Default Turns over, but won't start after a coolant hose change.

Help!

First off, I drive a 1996 Honda Accord 2.2L4-cyl Automatic.

About a week ago my radiator was making a weird clicking noise. I took it to get the oil changed last weekend and they noticed the cap had the middle part missing (the part that lets in and out coolant I believe.) After the new cap was put on, It started leaking coolant. About a week of driving it with little drips, I guess it got too low today and it overheated. I pulled over, went and got water and limped it home and decided to get my hands dirty and figure it out.

I discovered a little leak in a hose (blue arrow in photo below), I unhooked 4 electrical housings (red arrows in imagine below), and a spark plug wire in order to get to the hose. I cut off the end going to the engine that had the hole, and stretched it back on.

I put all the wire housings back into their plugs and then I went to start up the engine to see if I had successfully fixed the leak. Now, it just keeps turning over but wont start. It really isn't struggling as if it has low power, or shuddering due to no/low fuel. It just will turn over and over but not ignite.

I also have an engine light appearing now. I tried to disconnect and reconnect the battery in order to reset anything that may have prevented a start. I also tried to remove the 7.5 Amp radio/backup fuse (I read on some forum to try that) but It didn't work.

As far as I know, I really only disconnected these 4 things, and one of the spark plug wires. I don't know what else I could have disturbed.

Now I am stranded, I need to get this thing running by Monday for work. Any tips, help, or leads would be greatly appreciated. If there are any questions I will respond ASAP.

Thanks.

It looks like the lowest electrical connector in your picture is not plugged in all the way.

How embarrassing. That was it! Thanks so much!

I had been working so hard on that damn hose I guess I was in a hurry, and then just didn't look too closely at the basics. I wouldn't have gotten that anytime soon without a fresh pair of eyes.

Thanks again!

No problem. I'm glad it was something simple.
