Valve adjustment 2004 Accord 4 cylinder

Can I get some advice on the procedure to adjust the valves. I have an 2004 Accord LX. It has made a ticking noise that shoulds like it needs a valve adjustment since it as new. It now has 70k miles and is noisier and I want to attempt it myself.
